STRATEGI MENYIAPKAN SDM MENUJU SEKOLAH DASAR BERSTANDAR NASIONAL DAN INTERNASIONAL

Develop teacher’s skill should be appropriate with the world development.  There are 6 factors that be the teacher’s obstacles to be professional: value, theory, pragmatism, empiric, context and system.  There are still a gap that separate theory of teaching learning and the practice in the real world.
It’s not easy to teach in SBI (School that have International Standard). We found that student not easy to learn and also it’s not easy for the teacher to change the model of teaching. So it can be said that there is not best way to teach. Teaching learning process in the school must give chance for the teacher to choose the best method to use in the class, such as: exposition method, discussion, investigation, etc. This teaching method is appropriated with the ability of the student and the material.
Katagiri break down that learning creatively has 3 aspects: attitude, thinking, and content. It’s important to learn creatively. Learning creatively in SBI can reached by how far we can do an activity based on willingness, attitude, knowledge, skill and experiences, and education.
To be an active learner, the student must learn about objective knowledge, develop the procedures such as: follow the path that have been made by the other, making informal step, determine first step, use the step that has developed and etc.
The interaction between the student and the teacher in the SBI can make creative activity. The student can get right concept, so their objective knowledge has same pattern with the subjective one. Therefore, the social interaction is so important to make an objective and subjective knowledge close.
The teacher as a professional employ have important role and center point in the development of innovation in teaching learning process. Education revitalization in SBI means that there are need an effort to create teaching learning model that have international standard and appropriate with development of the world.
There is a point of view emphasize  that in order to reach professional teacher that make student be more creative and skillful, so it has to do revitalization the real way how student learn. There are also need revitalization in the teaching learning steps and also learning activities in SBI.

In the SBI, the teacher has three major functions, as a facilitator, as a source of learning, and monitoring in student activities. Source of learning is central point in teaching learning process. Various of learning source are needed to extend student knowledge. Learning creatively to develop education quality can reach by innovation of teaching learning in school.
