INOVASI PEMBELAJARAN UNTUK MENINGKATKAN GAIRAH SISWA DALAM BELAJAR

There isn’t the best way to teach. It isn’t easy for the teacher to change the style of teaching, meanwhile the teacher demanded to suit the teaching method with the world development. The teacher must be wise to use many teaching method. The teaching method must fit and always support with the student’s development.
In every education level should be have: exposition method by the teacher, discussion method between the teacher and the student and also among the student itself, problem solving method, investigation method and application method.
KTSP be an alternative that emphasize to student’s competences. This curriculum develops by exploration standard competence become basic abilities. Basic abilities can be affective, cognitive or  psikomotoric abilities. All abilities or competences are not only on memorizing level but also until understanding level.
There are some assumptions about student’s characteristics:
·         The student will learn by their self if they have motivation
·         The student learn by their own way
·         The student must can be learn either in a group or individually
·         The student needs different context and different situation in their learning process.
To support the development of all student’s aspect (cognitive, affective, psikomotoric) the teacher must always do the innovation that can make the student have desire to start the learning process by their self. The teacher must facilitate the student need as group in the class or individually. The teacher must give a chance so the student can be active learner and also the teacher must have process and student’s result as the orientation. And the most important that the teacher must suit the teacher method with the student mature/development.
